Care Instructions:

Proof before first use by filling 3/4 full and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees or gas mark 6. Wooden cooking utensils are reccomended rather than metal ones. They can be cleaned with a sponge and washing up liquid or in a dishwasher. Make sure it's thoroughly dry before putting away or it could go moldy. You could pop it in the oven for 10 minutes just to make sure.
